We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative Associate Director, Specialty Pharmacy to join our team. In this highly visible role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring patients have timely access to Ohtuvayre by managing our specialty pharmacy partnerships and streamlining operational processes that support the patient and provider experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the day-to-day lead for Verona’s specialty pharmacy partnerships.
- Analyze pharmacy data to uncover trends, access barriers, and opportunities to improve patient support.
- Collaborate with the Associate Director, Patient Services Operations to drive process efficiency and workflow enhancements.
- Partner with Sales Operations to align data integration, define KPIs, and support field teams with actionable insights.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with specialty pharmacies and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain an integrated business plan to improve patient and provider access to Ohtuvayre.
- Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives to address operational and access challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including FDA and OIG guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including 3+ years working with specialty pharmacies.
- Experience with medical benefit products; durable medical equipment experience a plus.
- Strong understanding of reimbursement, prior authorization, and specialty distribution processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem solving and process improvement.
- Clear, confident communication and organizational skills.
