Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy across pricing, branding, promotion, and channel execution.
• Launch new innovations and optimize legacy brands with value-based positioning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market opportunities and build business cases using NPV and ROI modeling.
• Forecast performance and partner with Finance to drive profitability and growth.
• Champion your portfolio internally and externally as a subject matter expert.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Agronomy, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or sales.
• Proven success in launching products and managing portfolios.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• A self-starter with bold ideas and the drive to make them happen.
• Agricultural industry experience is highly desirable. Consumer Packaged Goods experience can be substituted.
