Responsibilities:
- Implement Thermo Fisher Scientific protocols and procedures flawlessly.
- Ensure customer happiness objectives are strictly met or exceeded.
- Provide outstanding customer service to our broad customer spectrum.
- Collaborate closely with sales, service, and management teams to improve customer happiness.
- Communicate effectively and exchange information seamlessly among team members.
- Support Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology and participate in relevant initiatives.
- Align with all necessary training goals and expectations.
- Manage a high volume of customer calls in the divisional call center, accurately directing callers to the appropriate departments.
- Aid customers, channel partners, distributors, and sales representatives in retrieving essential information via a range of computer systems.
- Process telephone orders efficiently, applying verbal P.O. or credit card details.
- Uphold a profound knowledge of all product lines to provide accurate information to customers, distributors, and sales representatives.
- Provide in-depth information to customers, distributors, and sales representatives regarding sales channels, product lines, equipment, specifications, and additional details.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal contacts.
- Achieve defined goals within control limits to maintain department service levels.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in digital literacy, including Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prefer candidates with 2-3 years of customer service background.
