Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor various machines efficiently to ensure flawless production
• Demonstrate the ability to accurately read and interpret measurement devices such as calipers and tape measures
• Apply computer systems and show an interest in learning in a high-paced environment
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to successfully implement process improvements

Requirements

• Demonstrated skill in accurately interpreting measuring instruments
• Proficiency in computer usage and willingness to learn new software quickly
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high-quality standards
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Remarkable problem-solving capabilities and the skill to function independently or cooperatively as part of a team
• Ability to lift 30lbs
