A day in the Life:

  • Coordinate shipping and receiving activities
  • Manage the receptionist area and handle inquiries
  • Schedule and set up conference rooms
  • Lift and move items up to 70 lbs

  • Proven ability to successfully implement and manage facilities tasks
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Experience

  • Previous experience in facilities coordination or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience in a corporate environment preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of facilities management practices
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Ability to strictly adhere to safety protocols

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role involves physical activities such as lifting up to 70 lbs, standing for extended periods, and moving items. Work is primarily performed in an office environment with occasional outdoor tasks.
