Job Responsibilities:

• Completes study eTMF maintenance activities, including: document upload from Tempus Compass TMF submission e-mail, entry of applicable milestones/events and setup of expected document lists based on the study-specific TMF index.

• Supports Veeva Vault CTMS tracking as applicable, including ICF and Protocol version tracking as well as site contact creation.

• Assists end of study eTMF activities, including eTMF finalization, transfer, and archiving.

• Assist with generating various reports as assigned.

• Assists in preparing for audits/inspections.

• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

• Works cross-functionally to support the RAIS team as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school/secondary level education required.

• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to efficiently follow instructions, perform multiple tasks and manage changing priorities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Exposure to Trial Master Files or web-based databases.

• Basic understanding of Essential Clinical Trial Documents.

• 1 year experience of previous related CRO or Pharma experience highly preferred

Pay Range: $60,000-$70,000

The expected salary range above is applicable if the role is performed from California and may vary for other locations (Colorado, Illinois, New York). Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and experience. Tempus offers a full range of benefits, which may include incentive compensation, restricted stock units, medical and other benefits depending on the position.
