We foster a collaborative environment where every voice is heard, every idea has impact, and every contribution helps improve lives. If you are seeking a place where your work truly matters, join us to advance science.
Overview
The Head of Data Enablement leads the design, development, and delivery of Target RWE’s solutions and partnerships that drive our data vision and company evolution. This individual will lead our efforts around areas like data abstraction tools, direct patient data capture (e.g. patient-reported outcomes), and more. These solutions will span the tools and interfaces used by internal teams to manage our data, partnerships with health systems and patients to augment our data, and partnerships with sponsors and regulators to use our data. These applications bring Target’s data and workflows to life through intuitive, efficient, and clinically meaningful user experiences.
The Head of Data Enablement will be hands-on in driving and delivering their product responsibilities—requirements, workflow design, user discovery, prototyping, and implementation—while leading a team of product and UX contributors. They will lead cross-functional, collaborative planning for our novel evidence-generation infrastructure. Stakeholder needs, including high-quality research output and regulatory requirements, will always be top of mind.
The Head of Data Enablement will work with the Chief Product Officer to define the overarching product strategy and prioritization, and will be responsible for translating that strategy into application-layer plans, identifying enhancements, and ensuring that the application portfolio evolves to meet user needs, internal goals, and operational realities. Close collaborators include the Data Platform PM, Data Innovation PM, Chief Medical and Scientific Officer, and leaders responsible for health systems, clinical operations, and quantitative sciences.
