About the Role:

The Marketing Strategist will play a critical role in the execution of global marketing strategy and serve as the day-to-day lead for creative development, partner coordination, and marketing operations. This individual will collaborate closely with the Marketing Strategy Manager to translate high-level strategy into effective, measurable actions while maintaining alignment across regions and teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record in campaign execution and global brand management.
  • Proven ability to support sales and customer acquisition, including development of sales tools and marketing assets.
  • Background in event planning (trade shows, product launches, customer events).
  • Experience in agtech, animal health, or agriculture is a plus.
  • Strong project management, communication, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Spanish or Portuguese proficiency preferred; ability to support LATAM markets is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and lead the execution of global marketing strategies for TARGAN’s flagship products, including the WingScan™ and Vaccine Delivery systems.
  • Manage daily activities across all marketing functions, including coordination with creative agencies, PR firms, media partners, and external vendors.
  • Contribute to the creation of annual marketing plans and campaign calendars in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, product, and executive teams).
  • Develop and implement tools and collateral to support global sales representatives, including customer-facing presentations, product sheets, case studies, and video content.
  • Actively participate in the development of strategic and operational marketing initiatives, bringing innovative thinking and executional excellence.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of congresses, trade shows, product launches, and regional marketing events, including budget tracking, asset development, and on-site coordination.
  • Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maximizing return on investment.
  • Ensure consistency and brand alignment across all marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Support internal marketing communication and education efforts, including presentation development for key business meetings and executive briefings.
  • Stay informed on poultry/livestock market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to help guide positioning and go-to-market strategy.
  • Mentor junior staff or contractors when appropriate and act as a marketing resource to internal teams.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
  • Experience with CRM software, HubSpot is a Plus.
  • Experience in marketing supporting sales and customer acquisition efforts.
  • Experience in graphic editing/design and web editing is a plus.

Working Conditions

Work is performed inside a flex space building consisting of offices, open desk space, laboratory, machine shop, and a manufacturing floor. Level of noise is usually quiet in the office environment and temperature controlled. Noise levels are elevated in the warehouse space where temperatures can vary depending on the outside elements and weather. Travel may be required, including up to 2-8 trips per year to visit suppliers, attend conferences, meetings (customer, investor, and business) and customer sites (hatcheries).
