Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Talent & Culture (T&C) Lead to shape learning, workforce engagement, team effectiveness, and people analytics across our North America region, impacting a workforce of 4,000+ employees spanning multiple businesses.
This role plays a critical part in shaping a high-impact, performance-driven culture by designing and delivering data-driven talent and development solutions. The incumbent partners closely with employees, HR, and global Centers of Excellence to deploy enterprise-wide strategies, ensuring strong alignment with regional business priorities.
Combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution, the role includes oversight of training delivery, capability building, and workforce analytics to drive measurable outcomes.
This role is based in Greensboro, NC, and follows a hybrid work model requiring regular on-site participation to support training programs, learning cohorts, and Talent & Culture initiatives. Please note that travel is not supported for required on-site weeks, so candidates must reside within commuting distance.
Learning & Development
- Accountable for the end results of North America regional learning strategies, including defining workforce capability priorities, designing and delivering program design and execution, and ensuring measurable impact on business performance, transformation outcomes, and future workforce readiness in partnership with senior leadership teams.
- Partner with the global Talent & Culture Center of Excellence to implement enterprise-wide learning programs in the region, aligned to developing high-potential talent. Using the in-person delivery model, the role is responsible for all on-site administration (scheduling, enrollment, facilities, logistics, in-room support, LMS tracking, etc.).
- Identifies current and emerging skill gaps, translating data insights into targeted, business-aligned development strategies. Utilize the information to create forward-looking development plans and programs.
- Enable workforce readiness for the future of work by creating innovative solutions that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and ability, including AI-enabled solutions and experience-based development that is scalable.
- Own the ROI of regional development solutions by leveraging diagnostic assessments and analytics to evaluate impact and optimize the effectiveness of solutions for coaching, mentoring, and learning.
Team Effectiveness
- Lead initiatives to improve team effectiveness, collaboration, and performance outcomes by diagnosing team dynamics, clarifying roles and accountabilities, and strengthening alignment, decision-making, and ways of working.
- Design and facilitate targeted interventions (e.g., team charters, operating rhythms, feedback mechanisms, and post-implementation reviews) to enhance execution, accountability, and sustained performance.
Employee Engagement
- Analyze engagement surveys and workforce data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, supporting the design and implementation of targeted initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
- In partnership with global Centers of Excellence, design and facilitate engagement programs focused on recognition, career development, manager capability building, and well-being initiatives to improve culture, retention, and workforce performance.
- Activate and embed core employee behaviors by translating enterprise values into observable actions. Integrate behaviors into performance management, recognition, and talent processes.
- Apply predictive analytics to anticipate engagement risk, talent trends, and retention risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Human Resources.
- Ability to translate business strategy into capability requirements, building learning and talent solutions that drive measurable organizational outcomes.
- Ability to diagnose skill gaps, analyze performance data, and design targeted interventions. Applies structured thinking to ambiguous workforce challenges.
- Ability to use data to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve programs globally and regionally.
- Ability to influence senior leaders for the funding of new learning investments. Ability to align stakeholders and drive adoption of learning initiatives among employees.
- Experience in training needs analysis, data interpretation, and learning analytics to create development strategies.
- Proven experience working within global, matrixed organizations, effectively navigating complexity and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at multiple levels of the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet, with the ability to build dashboards and generate actionable insights.
