ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Manage the Order Remittance process including order receipts, order management, order tracking, and backlog tracking.
  • Act as the main contact for Supply Chain and Customer Service needs for branded customers.
  • Facilitate product supply and demand sessions for each customer.
  • Generate and track metrics pertaining to customer scorecard reviews.
  • Generate order tracking info for supply call meetings.
  • Work with Commercial and Operations on order flow details and tracking to ensure customer needs are met. Facilitate communication alignment on issues impacting on time production/shipping.
  • Act as point of escalation for internal issues that affect customer order dates.
  • Collaborate with Logistics/Warehousing team on any potential impacts to contract shipment delays.
  • Participate in demand and supply reviews as part of the sales, inventory, and operations planning (SIOP) process.
  • Engage in and support end-to-end activities for assigned accounts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

  • Associate’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 3 years’ experience in customer service, account management, or data analytics.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs):

  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team environment and independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) including intermediate level Excel skills (charts, graphs, pivot tables).
  • Must have the ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with internal staff, management, and customers. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Basic math skills required. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals and percentages, ratios and proportions in practical situations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration (MBA) or similar field.
  • Prior experience working in the consumer goods and/or over the counter (OTC) drug and supplements.
  • Knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing practices (cGMP).
  • Strong analytical and math skills with data analysis experience.
