About the role
The Process Engineer supports oral solid dosage and liquid manufacturing operations by providing hands-on technical expertise, troubleshooting equipment and process issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and Engineering teams to support daily production, process scale-up, equipment qualification, and validation activities while ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will lead technology transfer projects, support new product and equipment implementation, investigate deviations and batch failures, execute validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ and PPQ), and optimize manufacturing processes from pilot through commercial scale. This position is critical to supporting both existing operations and future facility expansions while improving product quality, reliability, and operational efficiency.
