About the role

As a Master Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and availability of data to support ongoing production and ensure seamless service across the site and markets. Your daily responsibilities will include coordinating with cross-functional teams to facilitate accurate and timely data flow, ensuring that data is properly set up in all relevant systems.

You will serve as the primary entry point for data across the site, overseeing the collection and approval processes in accordance with established site standards. Additionally, you will support data generation, conduct in-depth analysis, and provide key insights through reporting to enable efficient and effective site operations.

Your responsibilities

  • Deliver setup of materials, BOMs, routings, and planning/operations data in SAP and Rapid Response systems
  • Maintain local data accuracy in SAP ECC and ensure alignment with site KPIs
  • Execute Material Creation Process and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage product discontinuation and support Fast SKU/MDG workflows
  • Troubleshoot and rework data issues as needed
  • Lead data initiation across functions, ensuring setup meets required timelines
  • Proactively resolve timeline conflicts to maintain data availability
  • Set product parameters to optimize planning and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with project management on NPD launches and global initiatives (e.g., PLM, electronic batch records)
  • Extract and analyze data for weekly/monthly reports and KPI dashboards
  • Support internal teams with new material processes
  • Manage and train stakeholders, including user onboarding
  • Create and maintain customer and vendor records

This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time.

The experience we're looking for

  • AS degree related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience of master data in SAP, SAP super user prefer.
  • Exceptional ability to build good business relations to challenge constructively
  • Strong influencing & communication skill
  • Work experience within the fast-moving consumer goods industry is preferred
  • You have a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritise according to deadlines
  • You have a passion for achievement with strong oral and written communication, presentation skills, integrity and drive with a strong desire to make things happen - having a “can-do” attitude is crucial.
  • Understanding of end to end data and its importance to the business within an SAP environment

Salary Range

USD $66,000.00 - $100,000.00

Hiring Range: 66,000 - 83,000K

Pay Transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
