About the role
Are you highly organized, detail-driven, and passionate about keeping complex projects on track? We’re looking for a collaborative and proactive professional to support our capital project initiatives as a Buyer by managing purchase orders, invoices, and vendor coordination. In this role, you’ll work closely with procurement teams, engineers, OEMs, and vendors to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality execution.
Your responsibilities
- Assist to maintain processes that increase efficiency and accuracy of PMO/Engineering area.
- Must provide excellent customer service to all internal customers.
- Responsible for timely processing of POs and invoices.
- Mindful of potential cost savings initiatives relative to PMO/Engineering management.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in respect of safety, cGMP and quality systems
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, OEM’s and vendors for timely delivery of supplies.
This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time.
The experience we're looking for
- High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred
- Strong numerical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes of process failures
- Self-motivated, capable of independent work, and effective in peer and cross-departmental collaboration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) in team-based environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and familiar with SAP, other ERP platforms, and CMMS
- Working knowledge of GMP, KPI-focused operations, and FDA/MHRA regulated manufacturing
- Physically able to bend, twist, and lift up to 35 pounds

Salary Range
USD $50,000.00 - $76,000.00
Hiring Range: 50,000 - 63,000K
Pay Transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
