About the role
As a Planning Manager, you will be responsible for collaboration with Supply/Demand teams for building a consensus-based sales forecast and factory capacity to maintaining customer service and inventory control in finished goods with a focus on delivering total customer service satisfaction. You will participate in IBP process providing factory RCCP information to Supply & Demands teams.
To ensure that effective production planning is carried out to ensure high standards of customer service (both internal and external customers). To work with Manufacturing / Procurement / Material Planning / QA Teams to identify improvement in supply processes to improve factory efficiency.
Your responsibilities
Set clear performance goals and conduct regular 1:1s
Lead MRP planning, factoring capacity limits to sustain >99% service levels
Align and challenge market demand via S&OP participation
Develop and manage MPS aligned with factory capability and material planning
Maintain internal resource plans and ensure alignment with production
Meet inventory targets for raw and finished goods while ensuring service levels
Create and manage ERP-based schedules for efficient resource use
Collaborate with planners to assess capacity, mitigate risks, and execute solutions
Align supply plans with forecasts, new business, customer needs, and constraints
Maintain planning master data (fixed periods, lot sizes, safety stock, etc.)
Follow safety protocols and complete compliance training
Support internal/external quality audits
Promote continuous improvement through training, tools, and strategy

The experience we're looking for
BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
5+ years in demand planning or similar supply chain role
Proven ability to build strong business relationships and influence across all levels
Skilled in conflict resolution and constructive challenge
Adept at analyzing complex data and communicating insights to stakeholders
Strong prioritization and time management under tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Experience in FMCG industry preferred
Proficient in MRP systems (Kinaxis strongly preferred)

Salary Range
USD $90,000.00 - $134,000.00
Hiring Range: 90,000 - 112,000K
