Job Title: Sample Management Stability Technician I- Entry Level

Position Summary

The Sample Management Stability Technician I plays a critical role in supporting laboratory and warehouse operations by managing stability samples throughout their lifecycle. This position ensures compliance with internal procedures, customer specifications, and regulatory guidelines while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all sample-related activities.

Compensation: $20.00 -24.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of sample administration tasks, including receiving, scanning, storage, preparation, shipping, and disposal.
  • Conduct stability storage and retrievals in accordance with Test Transfer Protocols (TTPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ICH guidelines.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with established protocols.
  • Retrieve and store stability samples per customer specifications.
  • Accurately label stability samples when required.
  • Perform documentation peer reviews and sample transfer requests.
  • Prepare samples for shipment and complete all required documentation.
  • Revise pull schedules as needed.
  • Monitor stability supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, and materials as required.
  • Contribute to team efficiency by offering suggestions and actively participating in team initiatives.
  • Promote a positive and cooperative work environment aligned with the company’s mission and values.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in a scientific or technical field preferred.
  • Prior experience in sample management, stability storage, or laboratory support is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with databases and documentation systems.
  • Ability to lift and transport samples and materials as needed.
