We are seeking a Flexographic Press Operator for a full-time, on-site position in Raleigh, NC. The role involves operating and maintaining flexographic printing presses to deliver high-quality printed materials. Daily responsibilities include setting up machines, inspecting print quality, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting any machine issues. The operator will work closely with the production team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality standards are met.

• Experience in Machine Operation and understanding of equipment functionality
• Proficient in Printing and Pre-press setup to produce high-quality outputs
• Knowledge and application of Quality Control processes to ensure compliance with production standards
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with attention to detail
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
• Previous experience in flexographic printing or similar industry is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in machine operation is a plus
