Join us as our newest Supply Planner
Responsible for creating and maintaining a feasible production plan based on the monthly demand plan by maintaining data settings in our Enterprise Resource Planning system. Responsible for ensuring agreed product availability levels for customer and intercompany orders and minimizing customer impacts when delays are imminent. Responsible for WIP and FG inventories at relevant production sites.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Prepare and implement the master schedule and inventory plans to match Demand and product availability requirements
Authorize production and purchasing of finished goods based on review of the Material Requirements Plan (MRP)
Set, review, and maintain Safety Stock settings on agreed global cycle
Follow up on orders, ensuring accurate Available to Promise (ATP) information for Customer Service & Intercompany commitments
Alignment with team members to implement Phase-In/Phase-Out production plans
Prepare input and participate in monthly meetings with supply operations and detailed scheduling stakeholders
Support PPM opportunity evaluations with analysis, scenario-building, and escalate when needed
Monitor, evaluate, and communicate supply risks and escalate through appropriate stakeholder
Become expert in site capabilities and ensure data settings in SAP system model those capabilities.
Monitor and drive resolution of SAP/MRP processing errors
To succeed you must hold:
A relevant educational background at minimum Bachelor level.
Experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning System, preferably SAP.
Experience in operations, inventory management, MRP, and lean manufacturing processes.
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Can lead continuous process improvement, strives to improve efficiency, and willing to challenge processes where favorable alternatives may be available
Strong analytical and communication skills, written and oral English
Ability to work across many levels in organization
Good working knowledge of MS-Excel and data mining tools and technologies
Location: Franklinton, North Carolina (On-site)

Expected salary range: $75,000 - $100,000
