Job Description
Primary responsibilities are routine testing and verification of print and imaging of labels, product inserts, carton materials, foils, etc and their review / release to production. This includes proofs, first prints, and reprints and documentation in a GMP laboratory. Additional responsibilities include entering data into SAP, training to become proficient in drafting investigations, working directly with vendors to correct component deficiencies and improve vendor processes, updating standard operating procedures, trains and learns to coordinate launch activities around print activities around printed material, and approve artwork in our global LIMS system. Testing equipment utilized include but are not limited to Text Verification Systems and barcode scanners. This position requires the capacity to learn to lead meetings, mentor less experienced analysts, represent the Copy Reading department in plant meetings, and complete projects and method transfers.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equialent with five (5)+ years of experience in a regulated industry (preferably pharmaceutical), OR
Associate's degree with three (3)+ years of experience in a regulated industry (preferably pharmaceutical), OR
Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
Required Skills
Knowledge of continuous improvement principles.
Knowledge of regulatory and cGMP principles.
Preferred Skills
2 years of experience working in a text verification role.
Experience utilizing SAP.
Experience using Global Artwork Management System (GLAMS)
Experience utilizing Text Verification Systems and barcode scanners.
Execution of root cause analysis.
Background in technical writing including but not limited to: updating of standard operating procedures and writing quality notifications.
Knowledge of Tier processes.
Experience executing 5S principles.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The salary range for this role is
$63,900.00 - $100,500.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
