Labcorp is seeking a Program Manager, Digital Trust Enablement.
We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Digital Trust Program Management team, supporting the delivery of key initiatives across areas such as security, privacy, compliance, and responsible technology use.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, collaborative, and eager to grow their program management skills while working on complex, cross-functional efforts that help strengthen the organization’s trust posture.

In this role, you will play a key part in enabling the successful delivery of programs that enhance how the organization manages security, privacy, and trust, while building a strong foundation for growth into more senior program leadership roles.
Work Schedule: This is a full‑time, exempt (salaried) position assigned to a First Shift schedule, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in your local time zone. Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided when possible.
Applicants who live within 35 miles of either the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location will follow a hybrid schedule. This schedule includes a minimum of three in-office days per week at an assigned location, either Burlington or Durham, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.
Job Responsibilities:
Program Execution
Support the planning and execution of Digital Trust initiatives, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met.
Maintain program plans, track dependencies, and monitor progress against goals.
Identify risks and issues, escalating as appropriate and contributing to mitigation plans.
Coordination & Stakeholder Support
Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, risk, compliance, and product.
Help coordinate activities across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment.
Prepare materials and updates for stakeholder meetings and leadership reviews.
Program Operations
Manage day-to-day program operations, including status tracking, documentation, and reporting.
Contribute to the development of dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
Support governance processes, including meeting cadences and decision tracking.
Continuous Improvement
Help improve processes, tools, and ways of working across the Digital Trust PMO.
Contribute to building repeatable playbooks and templates for program delivery.
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and clarity in program execution.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
2 or more years' of experience in program management, project management, or a related role.
2 or more years' experience working in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Current or prior Labcorp experience
2 or more years' exposure to one or more Digital Trust domains (e.g., cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, risk, or AI governance).
2 or more years' experience supporting complex or enterprise-level programs.
Additional Job Standards:
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Planner, Teams, etc.).
Basic understanding of program management frameworks and methodologies.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Range: $125K - $156K/yr
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
