Treasury Analyst 2

The Treasury Analyst 2 handles the operations of the Americas treasury system including cash receipts, outgoing wires, stop payments and ACH reversals. Tracks North American cash transactions and performs banking research as needed. Coordinates the opening of bank accounts and associated banking services. Prepares interest income/expense schedules to assist accounting with month end close.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for preparing monthly cash, debt, interest income and expense schedules.
- Manages the operation of the domestic lockbox process including setting daily cash/investment position, initiating wire transfers and assisting business units with cash management issues
- Administers banking systems including Wells Fargo CEO, BNPP Connexis, BAML CashPro, RBC Express, CitiDirect, HSBC, Truist Cash Manager Online, Symcor (RBC ACH application) and JPMorgan Chase.
- Prepares and disburses cash receipts information including lockbox images
- Tracks cash activity and maintains Wells Fargo rollforward to assist with the month end closing process.
- Places stop payments and ACH reversals as necessary
- Coordinates the opening of domestic bank accounts and associated banking services.
- Prepares deposits for Desktop Deposit.
- Receives and disburses monthly bank statements.
- Assists with special projects as assigned.
- Performs other duties as needed.
Required skills and experience:
- To be eligible for this position, you must reside in the same country where the job is located.
- This role requires a hybrid work schedule with a min. of 1 day/week in the office.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or other related field or an Associate’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of accounting/finance experience in key functional areas (e.g. treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, payroll, tax, etc.); or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Possess a working knowledge of accounting/finance policies and procedures
- Possess a general working knowledge of accounting rules, concepts, and regulations.
- Experience with banking systems preferred.
- Possess strong interpersonal and organization skills.
- Possess the ability to prioritize work.
- Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet applications in a Windows environment.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $52,300.00 - $130,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
