We are seeking a Director of Product Management to help lead the evolution of the IQVIA Digital Media OS, with a focus on activation capabilities. This role will provide strategic and operational leadership across key components of the platform that support programmatic campaign setup, optimization, and workflow automation. The Director will collaborate closely with other product leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure the platform delivers measurable value to users and clients.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a group of product managers and product owners working across activation-related capabilities.
  • Define and execute a strategic roadmap for select components of the Media OS platform, particularly those supporting omnichannel campaign activation and workflow orchestration.
  • Collaborate with engineering, client services, operations, and GTM teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product initiatives.
  • Translate product strategy into actionable user stories and detailed requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of platform integrations—including planning, implementation, testing, release coordination, and support—for use cases such as audience activation, ad buying, and measurement.
  • Drive product discovery efforts to improve development predictability and ROI.
  • Prioritize backlog items based on business impact, technical feasibility, and alignment with broader product goals.
  • Partner with internal teams to triage and resolve platform or integration-related issues.
  • Support internal enablement through documentation, training, demos, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Monitor product health and performance, resolve issues, and incorporate feedback into future iterations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or related liberal arts field (e.g., Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or similar), or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles guiding other PMs/POs.
  • Experience managing SaaS platform integrations and third-party partnerships, including onboarding third-party data, resolving identities, and activating audiences across media platforms.
  • Familiarity with systems like DSPs, SSPs, Identity Partners, etc.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to align diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Agile development workflows; experienced in writing user stories, managing backlogs, and running sprint ceremonies.
  • Analytical mindset with an understanding of data flows, event tracking, and system integrations in digital advertising environments.
  • Experience working in regulated industries like healthcare or life sciences is preferred.
  • Familiarity with privacy frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, consent-based targeting) and data governance best practices is a plus.
