Position Overview
The Group Reporting Analyst is responsible for financial data reliability as well as design and optimization of reports and dashboards using Tableau and Alteryz to support the global finance functions. This role will significantly contribute to the streamlining of manual processes, enhancing data visualization and accessibility across financial operations. The Group Reporting analyst will develop accurate report generation, facilitating informed decision-making within the team members of the Global finance department and the Fujifilm Biotechnologies finance teams.

Job Description
Principal Accountabilities:
- Design of Tableau dashboards to support data visualization across financial reports
Supports the streamlining of manual processes by creation of automated reporting solutions within Tableau as well as data extraction and transformation in Alteryz.
- Collaborates with the finance team to understand basic reporting needs and provide foundational solutions.
- Performs initial data analysis to identify trends and supports decisions
- Support Group CFO with ad-hoc development and implementation of templates to improve financial reporting.
- Additional duties as assigned that can include cross function collaborative and project team leadership assignment consistent with personal strategic, operational and technical leadership
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field, or currently pursuing such a degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of data modeling experience preferable in Tableau or related field
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience in self-service BI tools like Tableau, Alteryz or similar
- Ability to translate business needs to data products.
- Foundational analytical skills and familiarity with data manipulation.
- Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with team members.
- Ability to learn and apply analytics techniques to financial data.
- Proven experience of delivering to a high standard and to tight deadlines.
