GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:

  • Ensure Envu’s Veeva Regulatory Platform and associated regulatory information are effectively governed, configured and maintained, providing reliable, compliant and business-ready capabilities that support regulatory operations, product stewardship and regulatory affairs activities.
  • Lead platform administration, data governance and continuous improvement activities, ensuring high-quality regulatory data, efficient business processes and sustained value delivery across the regulatory digital ecosystem.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

Platform Administration & Governance

  • Own the administration, configuration and governance of Veeva Vault and associated regulatory documentation processes, ensuring solutions remain compliant, reliable and aligned with business requirements.
  • Manage workflows, metadata structures, business objects, security models, user access, configuration settings, templates and controlled system documentation.
  • Act as business administrator for Veeva documentation processes, supporting validation activities, system performance, user support and operational continuity.

Regulatory Documentation, Records & Information Management

  • Lead the coordination and lifecycle management of regulatory documentation, ensuring records, dossiers, certificates and study reports remain accurate, compliant, traceable and readily accessible.
  • Manage regulatory archives and documentation repositories, ensuring version control, retention, traceability and inspection readiness.
  • Lead data quality, master data and information management activities, monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement.

Release, Testing & Change Management

  • Coordinate platform releases, enhancements and configuration changes with IT teams, business stakeholders and solution providers.
  • Lead business testing, UAT, validation support and release readiness activities to ensure solutions meet business and compliance requirements.
  • Drive change management, training delivery and user adoption, developing and maintaining training materials, user guidance and standard operating procedures.

Operational Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Veeva administration, regulatory documentation support and business operational activities.
  • Coordinate issue investigation, root cause analysis, resolution and escalation to ensure platform stability, compliance and business continuity.
  • Monitor service performance and operational metrics, identifying opportunities to improve user experience, efficiency and automation through system and process capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Contribute to governance forums and ensure alignment between platform capabilities, regulatory documentation requirements and business objectives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on regulatory documentation, records management, archive governance and Veeva operational processes to cross-functional teams.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?

Main requirements:

  • Degree in Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Information Management, Data Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years Experience administering and supporting Veeva Vault or comparable regulated business platforms.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory processes, regulatory information management and digital business workflows.
  • Experience with platform configuration, release management, user support and system governance.
  • Knowledge of data governance, master data management and data quality principles.
  • Understanding of validation, compliance and controlled system environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across Regulatory, IT, Digital and Data functions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and continuous improvement capabilities
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
