GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:
- Ensure that all product, packaging, and shipping labels across the portfolio are accurate, compliant, and aligned with EPA, PRD, and other applicable regulatory requirements
- Act as the labeling subject matter expert, tracking regulatory and operational changes, resolving label issues, and improving labeling and compliance processes in close collaboration with Regulatory Affairs, Product Supply and Marketings.
YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
- Leverage Global Vision system to verify that all product labels developed by the Country Regulatory Managers comply with EPA, PRD, and other applicable regulatory authority requirements in terms of format, wording, graphics, etc.
- Manage the maintenance and revision of product packaging and shipping labels issued by Product Supply, ensuring alignment with sourcing, operational, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor evolving regulatory and operational requirements affecting labeling, and proactively identify, communicate, and implement the necessary updates.
- Partner cross-functionally with Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure labeling processes support both business objectives and compliance standards.
- Act as the point of contact for label-related issues, driving timely investigation, resolution, and preventive measures.
- Lead or contribute to special projects and additional assignments, providing technical expertise and recommendations in support of departmental and organizational goals.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline labeling, documentation, and compliance processes, and by recommending solutions that enhance both efficiency and compliance.
ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?
Main requirements:
- Degree preferred in health, physical, natural sciences or agriculture
- Undergraduate plus 4+ years of experience.
- Solid working knowledge of US and CA pesticide labeling regulation — FIFRA label requirements, EPA land PRD label review practice, and state labeling provisions
- Ability to work in a multi-functional environment and manage a high volume of product labels and exercise independent judgement ondeadlines versus business criticality.
- Good problem-solving skills, with guidance sought on complex or precedent-setting matters
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), credible with regulatory authorities, commercial stakeholders, and external partners
- Strong ownership mindset and detail oriented, with high standards for accuracy and version control
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
