GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:
- The Manager, Commercial Excellence, will be responsible for spearheading programs that advance commercial excellence across multiple capability areas, including commercial technologies, data and business insights, as well as Go-to-Market commercial execution driving Envu’s commercial excellence capabilities. The manager will provide project management oversight, ensuring effective execution, alignment, and consistency of solutions throughout the organization across our global Commerical and Marketing teams.
- The Manager will manage transformational projects focused on customer and commercial technologies, commercial reporting, and GTM optimization. Responsibilities include leading the design / implementation of business insights that drive informed decision-making, optimizing commercial operations, and championing adoption of commercial reporting technology solutions and processes. The Manager will play a central role facilitating collaboration and execution of projects between commercial operations and cross-functional teams.
YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
- Commercial Excellence Strategic Planning and Execution: Lead commercial excellence initiatives and align them with the strategic priorities. Collaborate closely with the global teams to ensure that all commercial impacting data and reporting projects are on track to meet both customer and internal objectives.
- Cross-functional Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including teams from IT/Data, Marketing, Commercial, to develop and implement commercial excellence solutions. Facilitate team meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Commercial Excellence Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in Commercial Excellence and related areas. Collaborate with the sales and commercial excellence to develop solutions that drive revenue across Envu’s diverse segments.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Regional Commercial Excellence and commercial operations teams to drive collaboration and ensure that data, reporting and analytic project supports the broader business goals and is effectively adopted. Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.
- Change Management: Deliver stakeholder adoption analysis, change management and adoption plans for commercial excellence related solutions in Reporting and Analytics (B.I.), and GTM Execution reporting and tracking.
- Project Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring they are executed within the agreed timelines and budgets. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to update stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Focus on project outcomes and identifying areas for process improvement. Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness,
- Develop data driven recommendations related to required commercial capabilities and aligning teams to a prioritized roadmap
- Collaborate with Finance, IT and regional Commercial Excellence to define and report onKPIs and customer segmentations
- Lead the development and enhancement of reporting dashboards for commercial performance metrics in collaboration with Regional Comex, CRM, Activation & Pricing. Collaborate with Data teams to ensure global consistency in reporting.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and data analysis processes, improving efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, IT/data teams to implement automation solutions.
ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?
Main requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (master's preferred).
- 10 + years' experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, revenue operations, sales analytics, customer success or a related role
- Strong proficiency in Commercial Technologies (sales and marketing)
- In-depth knowledge ofBI reporting solutions (i.e. Power BI), and sales and marketing data.
- Experience with CRM (i.e. MS Dynamics) desired
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, project management and presentation skills.
