GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:
- We are seeking a proactive and analytical Inventory Planning & Reconciliation Analyst to strengthen our inventory accuracy today, while also helping shape the future of our replenishment planning processes. In this role, you will not only ensure reconciliation accuracy between agents and company systems but also drive continuous improvements in supply planning, replenishment optimization, and inventory performance.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
Reconciliation & Accuracy:
- Lead reconciliation processes between company systems and agent-reported inventory, resolving discrepancies.
- Track inventory movements, ensuring proper documentation and system accuracy.
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits at agent-managed locations.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with agents to ensure timely and
accurate inventory reporting.
- Analyze agent performance and generate KPIs related to inventory accuracy, stock
rotation, and aging.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on inventory visibility and
reconciliation with agents.
Inventory Planning & Optimization
- Develop and implement improved inventory metrics to measure performance and drive visibility.
- Optimize the current replenishment model to improve service levels while reducing excess inventory.
- Lead efforts to align supply with demand, ensuring right-size stock levels across the network.
- Monitor and plan inventory levels with external agents to ensure availability and minimize gaps.
- Partner with Supply Planning, Sales, and Finance to improve forecasting and replenishment strategies.
- Contribute to long-term initiatives focused on inventory reduction, efficiency, and working capital improvement.
ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?
Main requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in inventory planning, supply planning, or reconciliation (manufacturing or distribution environment preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, optimize processes, and influence decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred.
- Solid understanding of inventory planning principles (safety stock, replenishment, ABC analysis, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to implement new processes, KPIs, or metrics to improve supply chain performance.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to balance detail orientation and big-picture thinking.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
