LOCATION: Cary, North Carolina

GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:
- Responsible for leading the creation and implementation of the go-to-market plan for products/services for assigned Market or Country. Specifically, customer campaigns and channel incentives (rebates, portfolio offers, loyalty programs, channel programs, etc.)
- Lead and motivate a cross-functional team through annual cycle of developing and updating operational marketing and campaign plans. Responsible for creating and executing the activation plan for all products and services related to the Vegetation Management and Range & Pasture segments.
YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
- Build, update, and lead the strategy and execution of 3-year customer segment strategies to drive value creation from a portfolio of products and services through effective communications, promotions, programs, and tools (e.g. CRM, 1:1 marketing), comprising of both push and pull strategies.
- Responsible for managing local investment and delivering on target returns (ie. ROMI) that drive successful achievement of revenue and EBITDA growth goals.
- Responsible for managing approved local agencies and for leveraging relationships with regional & global agencies
- Segment customers to map-out customer needs and buying processes to drive desired customer behavior changes.
- Provide monthly steering/guidance on campaign objectives and tactics to Marketing & Commercial leadership
- Establish and manage Customer Advisory Boards to test concepts, develop insights and identify emerging trends. Execute integration of customer input and customer segmentation strategies into activation plans to maximize opportunities for customer acquisition retention, cross-sell and up-sell
- Drive the execution of marketing programs and tactics (e.g. integrated offer, financial concepts, loyalty programs, digital marketing touchpoints) to ensure that they meet customer needs and can be measured and evaluated for effectiveness.
- Lead segment teams comprising of Field Sales and Technical Support to collect inputs to influence strategy and tactics, as well as drive the implementation of local campaigns and CRM strategy with the sales force
ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?
Main requirements:
- B.A./B.S. Business or Marketing related discipline. Advanced related-degree (MBA) preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant business experience, preferably in marketing with a proven ability to activate strategic marketing plans and marketing campaigns.
