Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, HRIS & People Analytics is responsible for leading the development, optimization, and maintenance of the company’s HR systems, as well as driving data-based insights and digital transformation initiatives to support strategic workforce decisions. This role partners closely with Regional/Country HR, Corporate Finance, and key business leaders to ensure data accuracy, maintain system integrity, deliver meaningful reporting, and enhance the overall employee experience through technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of HRIS and related HR systems in collaboration with HR, IT, and AMS (Application Management Services) providers.

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements and configuration changes.

• Lead end-to-end HRIS configuration, testing, and documentation for modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Learning, and Talent.

• Manage integrations and interfaces between HRIS and other business systems, ensuring data accuracy and security.

• Support day-to-day HRIS operations, including issue resolution, audits, and scheduled maintenance activities.

• Develop system documentation, user guides, and training; deliver user support and enablement sessions.

• Build and leverage a global HRIS and analytics platform for workforce planning and strategic decision-making.

• Create and maintain dashboards, metrics, and HR analytics for all levels of management.

• Ensure data accuracy, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement in system performance and user experience.

• Provide sufficient supports in budgeting, forecast and controlling.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

• 8+ years of experience delivering HR technology solutions, with 5+ years of direct global HRIS experience (configuration and administration).

• Strong understanding of HR processes (e.g., talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, time tracking, and performance).

• Proven experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a global or matrix environment.

• Hands-on experience with Workday reporting and Prism Analytics for data visualization, dashboards, and analytics.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling).

Preferred Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience managing HRIS or HR technology programs in a global organization.

• Broader exposure to Global HRIS system modules such as Advanced Compensation, Learning, and Payroll.

• Experience with BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) for custom report formatting within Workday.

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.

• Experience with HR data integrations, system audits, or data migration projects.

• Strong data analytics skills, Strong understanding of HR compliance and data governance best practices.

• Fluent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and cross-culture leadership

• Result-driven, able to translate strategy into execution.
