Key Responsibilities

  • Performs administrative support duties for a department/plant/division within prescribed time frames
  • Participates in projects to improve overall administrative efficiency
  • Trains new personnel to establish procedures
  • Maintains and ensures confidentiality of information/ materials
  • Takes initiative to identify and propose remedies to problems
  • Gives periodic status reports in written and verbal formats
  • Interacts with others at same level, and one level above, to ensure continuity and efficiency

Experiences/Education - Required

  • High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent experience
  • Beginning job content knowledge

Experiences/Education - Desired

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree
  • Successful track record of performance in previous work experiences
  • 1-3 years work experience
