Your Role
As the Product Manager, Digital Health, you will define, develop, and deliver software products that address critical customer needs and clinical workflow challenges across Baxter’s Connected Care Digital Products portfolio, including Voalte Mobile and Voalte Family. You will own product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and end-to-end product lifecycle management, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant software solutions that drive measurable customer and business outcomes.
Working cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, and other stakeholders, you will translate customer insights into innovative digital health solutions that improve the healthcare experience for clinicians, patients, and families.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for assigned digital health products.
- Identify customer needs, clinical workflow challenges, market opportunities, and competitive trends to inform product direction and investment decisions.
- Lead product discovery activities, including customer research, user interviews, site visits, and data analysis to validate and prioritize customer needs.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by translating insights into product requirements, user stories, and value propositions.
- Partner with Engineering and UX teams to deliver software products and features using Agile development methodologies.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and business priorities.
- Drive successful execution of product releases, proactively managing scope, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs throughout the development lifecycle.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, including adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, and business impact.
- Lead all phases of product lifecycle management, including product planning, launch, optimization, and end-of-life decisions.
- Develop business cases and support portfolio prioritization through data-driven analysis.
- Partner with Commercial and Marketing teams to support successful product launches and sustained market adoption.
- Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Privacy, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with applicable healthcare software requirements.
- Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution and achieve business objectives in a matrixed environment.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of product management or related experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing software products, preferably in healthcare, digital health, medical device, or other regulated environments.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments and partnering closely with engineering teams.
- Proven track record of delivering products that achieve measurable customer and business outcomes.
- Strong product management expertise, including product discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, and lifecycle management.
- Ability to identify customer problems and translate them into actionable product requirements and solutions.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to evaluate product performance and market opportunities.
- Understanding of healthcare environments, clinical workflows, and technology adoption challenges preferred.
- Experience working with regulated software, including quality, regulatory, privacy, and cybersecurity considerations preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across a complex organization.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage ambiguity, and balance multiple priorities.
- Ability to travel up to 30%, including potential international travel.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $112,000 to $154,500 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
