Omnichannel Analytics Lead – US Commercial Operations
The Omnichannel Lead will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the North American Commercial Operations/Digital Operations function of a growing vaccine company. This role will be responsible for generating insights across multiple domains, including omnichannel campaign performance, web user behavior, account- and contact-level lifecycle analytics, and traditional performance and sales data. The ideal candidate brings deep technical fluency, a collaborative mindset, and experience navigating pharmaceutical and customer data landscapes, including vaccine-specific datasets, to support both strategic planning and tactical execution.
Your Responsibilities
- Omnichannel & Web Analytics
- Design and implement analytics frameworks for US commercial web properties, email campaigns, rep-triggered outreach, and digital media
- Interpret engagement data across owned and paid channels to support HCP and consumer marketing effectiveness
- Translate web and digital performance metrics into actionable commercial insights for both senior leadership and cross-functional partners
- Account and Contact Lifecycle Analytics
- Define and operationalize metrics that reflect account and contact progress across lifecycle stages (e.g., awareness → engagement → conversion → retention)
- Partner with CRM stakeholders and sales enablement leads to refine lead scoring, contact segmentation, and territory engagement strategies
- Support business planning with granular visibility into account-level performance and prescriber dynamics
- Commercial Analytics Support
- Support data integration and standardization efforts across prescription (DDD/MD), claims, chargeback, payer, and 3PL datasets in collaboration with the data governance team
- Contribute to dashboard development and reporting used by Commercial and Executive leadership, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Assist in ad hoc analytics projects focused on salesforce effectiveness, incentive compensation, and marketing ROI
- Operational Analytics & Sales Enablement Support
- Collaborate closely with inside sales teams and sales operations to enable call planning, call tracking, and call-to-impact analysis
- Support coordination of periodic territory alignments based on new customer acquisition or field deployment shifts
- Provide ongoing input into CRM, marketing automation platforms, and AWS-based data infrastructure to ensure system readiness for commercial initiatives
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Analytics, Information Systems, Public Health, Engineering, Economics, or similar)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial analytics, data management, or sales/marketing operations, preferably in the sales enablement, pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) required; experience with composable CDP architectures (e.g., Segment, Hightouch, Snowflake) is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, marketing automation tools (e.g., SFMC, Marketo, HubSpot), and data tagging strategies
- Experience with IQVIA/IMS syndicated data, claims datasets, or payer/chargeback models preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI; working knowledge of AWS environments and large-scale data integration preferred
- Demonstrated experience working with vaccine products or specialty pharmaceuticals preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, MS in Analytics or similar)
- Experience with Segment.com, Snowflake, or Redshift
- Knowledge of privacy and compliance regulations affecting digital tracking and customer data in US and Canadian healthcare
- Experience working with or enabling account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
- Familiarity with agile project management and marketing/sales attribution modeling

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with shifting priorities
- Ability to independently structure analyses and prioritize tasks with limited direction
- High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
- Occasional travel may be required for internal workshops or vendor collaboration

Salary Range - $105k - $165k
Location: US Remote – US Headquarters is in Durham, NC
