What you will do in this role
The
Director, Professional Pest Management, will work remotely, reporting to the EVP of the EcoCore Division. This position will be responsible for
driving business within the Professional Pest Management segment and will assist with the overall success of the EcoCore Division. This will be achieved through effective sales and channel management, business development,
exceptional execution, and the ability to build and maintain strong long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts to drive market access – establish and maintain contact with customers and key influencers that deliver results
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners
who are committed to EcoCore markets
- Visit partners and end-users to foster long-term
relationships, evaluate needs, and promote products and services that enhance company and portfolio brand equity
- Produce and implement Professional Pest Management programs and sales strategies that drive success
- Effectively communicate with internal and external customers to accomplish
objectives for current and future products, including building and delivering customer and end-user presentations
- Create and execute annual
business plans, including the overall management of forecasts at the customer and item level, to achieve revenue and profit objectives
- Monitor product flow and forecasts and provide solutions to potential challenges
- Assist in identifying go-to-market opportunities and tactics to implement
- Develop and oversee a robust pipeline of prospective leads and opportunities
- Build positive relationships with internal team members, collaborating cross-functionally to drive Professional Pest Management portfolio performance
Required Skills/Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in sales and/or business development in the Professional Pest Management industry
- Proven knowledge and network of distributors and end-users
- Familiarity
with other EcoCore segments is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated track record of sales and business development achievement in a hands-on environment
- Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and strategic thinking
- Superb interpersonal skills, including being able to quickly build rapport
- Ability to
excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Programs and skilled
at
analyzing data to
create and deliver presentations
- Travel as needed to support the EcoCore Division
