What you will do in this role

The Systems Data Administrator executes the creation, implementation, and maintenance of master data that enable users to optimize system capabilities and workflows. Further, this role coordinates semi-annual regression testing as the ERP system is upgraded and contributes to the maintenance of the ERP system security & licenses. This position will report to the Director, Business Processes.

Responsibilities

• Process owner and primary master data person for item creation and maintenance of data that feeds the ERP system.
• Develop, implement, and maintain workflows to support all master data activity to include building New SKU Creation workflow for all product types.
• Establish protocols for master data nomenclature and enforce these established protocols via SOP’s across the organization
• Maintain product attributes to support business reporting and growth. To include transitioning the existing Attribute table currently maintained in Excel to ERP
• Lead ongoing Master Data Cleansing to support business needs
• Facilitate Process mapping, test case development in DevOps, as well as ensuring SOP’s are written to document how processes work in D365 for all phases of the project.
• Establish Data Governance business process for Atticus
• Contribute to the development of API’s as the business pursues future growth initiatives
• Become proficient Azure Dev Ops (ADO) as the Project Management tool of choice for Atticus
• Responsible for ensuring Master data accuracy to support
  future needs relative to Power BI in D365

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in business, supply chain management, or a related field
• Proven track record in Operations, Supply Chain or Manufacturing roles
• Highly Computer literate (in MS Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.); technologically competent
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; Microsoft D365 preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive communication skills
• Strong written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively across diverse and cross-functional teams, under critical timelines and while balancing the needs of internal customers
• Excellent organization, planning, project management, time management and prioritization skills
• Exceed expectations through attention to detail
• Excellent analytical skills
