Position Summary: The Spare Parts Administrator & Receiving Clerk is a TEMPORARY position that will support both the material requirements planning and general requisitioning process to support Line 2 while operating out of the spare parts tent. This is a temporary role that will last a minimum of 6 months.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive Line 2 Storeroom parts
    1. Label with SAP number
    2. Store in appropriate location
  • Process Yellow Cards for parts pulled
  • Organize Tent for storage/housekeeping/shelf assignments
  • Perform cycle counts as required/assigned.
  • Process Line 2 planning reservations created by maintenance.
  • Capital Expense Items to be received and stocked.
  • Line 2 ordering support
    1. Goods:
      • GR
      • Place/pickup from receiving
      • Handle discrepancies
    2. Services:
      • Kerns
      • Sunbelt
      • ICS
      • A&D
      • Tormod
      • SRE
    3. Enter Service Entries

Shift: Monday-Friday 7am to 3pm

Education and Experience:

  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • Forklift experience required
  • Receiving experience required
  • Inventory Management and industrial experience required
  • CMMS/ERP experience; SAP preferred
  • Microsoft Software skills

Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is infrequently in a manufacturing environment containing toxic or caustic chemicals. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
