About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, you’ll lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies that span digital, print, social, and in-office campaigns. This pivotal role also ensures brand consistency, supports patient acquisition and retention, and leads a talented marketing team across multiple practice locations.
What You'll Do:
- Drive end-to-end marketing campaigns with measurable ROI
- Manage brand voice and consistency across all internal and external touchpoints
- Lead the creation of high-impact content—web, email, social, print, and more
- Oversee social media strategy and content calendar
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Analyze data and KPIs to continuously improve marketing efforts
- Develop SOPs and ensure operational excellence
- Mentor and lead a dynamic marketing team

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience in marketing communications or operations (healthcare or multi-location services preferred)
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools, CMS platforms, email marketing, and social media tools
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive independently or remotely
